Il fascicolo riguarda il decesso di un dirigente per un mesotelioma provocato, secondo quanto e' stato accertato finora, da esposizione all'amianto presente in una delle sedi torinesi dell'azienda. L'uomo aveva prestato servizio dal 1967 al 1999.
